Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Rendora, a software add-on for Blender and Cinema 4D ("the Software"), and your use of Rendora Lens, a free browser extension ("Lens"), both published by GN Motion Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202606665G), with registered address at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("GN Motion", "we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Software or Lens, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence Grant
Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use the Software. One licence covers one individual user, who may install the Software on machines they personally own and use (for example a desktop and a laptop). The licence is perpetual ("lifetime") for the major version purchased, subject to these Terms.
Each licence is sold for one host application: Rendora for Cinema 4D or Rendora for Blender. A licence for one host application does not include the other.
For team or studio use, or for installation on shared workstations, a separate studio licence is required. Contact support@gnmotion.co.
2. Supported Software
At the date of these Terms, the Software supports Cinema 4D 2024 and later (Windows and macOS, Apple Silicon and Intel) and Blender 4.0 and later. The current compatibility list is stated on the product page at the time of purchase and applies to that purchase. Earlier versions of Cinema 4D or Blender may work but are not supported.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) share, rent, lease, sell, sublicense or transfer your licence, your download access or any licence key to any third party; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software except where permitted by applicable law; (c) redistribute the Software or any part of it, whether modified or not, including by sharing the download folder; (d) use the Software to build a competing product; (e) circumvent any licensing, activation or protection mechanism.
4. Updates and Major Versions
The Software is released in major versions (for example Rendora 1.x and Rendora 2.x). Two levels of access exist:
Standard licence. Your licence includes, at no additional cost, all maintenance updates for the major version you purchased: bug fixes, compatibility updates for new Blender and Cinema 4D releases, and improvements to existing features. New major versions are released as separate paid upgrades, offered to existing licence holders at a preferential price.
All Updates option. If you purchased the "All Updates" option, your licence also includes every future major version of the Software for the same host application, at no additional cost, for as long as we publish it.
We identify clearly on the product page and in your download folder whether a release is included in your licence or is a paid upgrade. Updates are delivered through the same download access as your original purchase (Section 7).
5. Third-Party Services and API Costs
The Software connects to third-party AI services using API keys that you supply from your own accounts. Depending on the features you use, these include fal.ai (image, video and 3D generation, including Meshy models served through fal.ai) and OpenAI (the Scene and Improve features). Lens connects to Google Gemini with your own Google API key.
You are solely responsible for: (a) all usage costs billed by those providers; (b) complying with each provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies; (c) safeguarding your API keys. The Software stores your keys locally on your machine and never transmits them to us.
Provider pricing, model availability and service terms may change or be discontinued at any time without notice, and we are not responsible for such changes or for any downtime, output quality or behaviour of third-party services. The functionality of the Software depends on these services remaining available.
6. AI-Generated Content and Scene Automation
You are solely responsible for the content you generate with the Software and for how you use it, including for commercial purposes. Rights, ownership and permitted uses of AI-generated outputs are determined by the terms of the AI providers you use. We make no representation or warranty regarding your ownership of, or rights in, generated content, or its non-infringement of third-party rights. Do not submit confidential, personal or client-restricted material to AI providers without proper authorisation.
The Scene feature generates and executes code inside your 3D application to build or modify your scene. You remain responsible for reviewing the result. Save your work and keep backups before using it; we are not liable for changes made to your scenes or files.
7. Delivery
The Software is delivered digitally. Immediately after purchase, the email address used at checkout receives access to a private download folder containing the Software and its updates. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and for keeping that address under your control. Download access is personal and subject to Section 3.
8. Rendora Lens
Lens is a free browser extension that analyses an image or video you choose and returns a text prompt, using your own Google Gemini API key. It is provided free of charge, without any purchase, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.
Lens processes the media you select and stores the resulting prompts locally in your browser. It does not send your media, your prompts or your API key to us. Sections 5, 6, 10 and 11 apply to Lens. If you leave your email address on our website to install Lens, that data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Software, Lens, their code, design and documentation remain the exclusive property of GN Motion Pte. Ltd. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Rendora" and associated logos are trademarks of GN Motion Pte. Ltd. Blender is a registered trademark of the Blender Foundation. Cinema 4D and Maxon are trademarks of Maxon Computer GmbH. fal.ai, Meshy, OpenAI, Google and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners. Rendora is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software and Lens are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will remain compatible with future versions of Blender, Cinema 4D, web browsers, operating systems or third-party services, although we work to maintain compatibility as described in Section 4.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GN Motion Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software or Lens, including costs incurred with third-party AI providers and changes made to your scenes or files. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination you must cease using and delete all copies of the Software, and your download access is revoked. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
