This Privacy Policy explains how GN Motion Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202606665G, registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422) (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit rendora.tools, purchase Rendora, or contact us. We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable to visitors and customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
1. Data We Collect
When you purchase: name, email address, billing country, and transaction details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider ThriveCart and its payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. When you use the site: technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed) collected via cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (see Section 5). When you contact us: your email address and the content of your message. When you use the Software: Rendora runs locally on your machine. We do not collect your scene data, prompts or generated content. Your API keys are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to us. Prompts, viewport frames and reference images you submit for generation are sent directly from your machine to the AI providers you have configured (such as fal.ai), under their own privacy policies.
2. Why We Use Your Data
We use your data to: deliver your purchase and licence; provide customer support; send transactional emails (receipts, download links, licence information); send product updates and marketing emails if you have opted in; analyse site traffic and improve our marketing; comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax). Legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.
3. Emails
Transactional and marketing emails are sent via MailerLite and ThriveCart. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails related to your purchase.
4. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business: ThriveCart (checkout), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), MailerLite (email), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and Framer (website hosting). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and, where required, data processing agreements. Some providers are located outside Singapore and the EEA; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies (site functionality) and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). EU/UK visitors are shown a consent banner and can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep purchase and licence records for as long as your licence is active and as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant provider.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for Singapore: the PDPC; for the EEA/UK: your local supervisory authority). 8. Children
Our products and site are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
